    At Avanti Skin Center of Louisville we will address your personal concerns and provide you with the best options for treatment.

  • Consultation Policy
    All of our consultations are complimentary, however, we do require a debit or credit card number to reserve you consultation space. We do also have a strict policy requiring you to call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel/reschedule a consultation appointment. A $50.00 “No Call No Show” fee will be charged if you should not call to cancel your appointment and do not show up.
  • Privacy Policy

    All of our clients’ information and consultations are kept strictly confidential and all paperwork is shredded appropriately.

  • Appointment Policy

    As an established client, if you should not show up to your scheduled appointment or call to cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, a $25.00 “No Show” fee will be charged at your next visit prior to further treatments.

    We know your time is valuable and if you should need to cancel an appointment, we appreciate the same respect so that we can offer that available time to other clients. Thank you!

  • Check-In

    Please check-in at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment for first time patients in order to fill out the necessary paperwork.
